Projektziel ist der Umbau des bestehenden Hotels Krainz in eine moderne, zeitgemäße Ferienwohnungsanlage. Diese wird eine große Bandbreite von rein privat genutzter Wohnung bis hin zur „Full-Service-Immobilie“ bieten.
Die verfügbaren Zusatzangebote reichen von Wäscheservice über Reinigung bis zur modernen SPA-Anlage im Dachgeschoss. Hier gibt es Fitnessangebote und eine großzügige Wellnessanlage mit Entspannungsbereich und Sonnenterrasse mit Fernblick.
Durch die Umformung des Bestandes und die Ergänzung der einheitlich gestalteten Zubauten wird ein unverwechselbarer und identitätsstiftender Charakter geschaffen.
Trotz der zusätzlichen Maßnahmen fügt sich der Baukörper durch die Wahl der Materialien und die zurückhaltende und doch einprägsame Architektur gut in die Umgebung ein.
Durch die direkte Anbindung an den See und die Mitnutzung der dortigen Infrastruktur wird die Anlage optimal eingebunden und trägt somit zur Aufwertung der touristischen Umgebung bei.
