Cooperative management and sharing is originally based on the idea of mutual help and support that goes beyond the monetary economy. Our goal is to awaken entrepreneurial initiative and civic engagement among the residents and members of GENOSS INNEN SCHAFFT!
More and more professionals need to leave the networks of outside employment and become entrepreneurial themselves. More and more people with multiple jobs (career and care work) are running out of „air“ for a stress-free life. For them, the project should provide space and infrastructures, in the private home itself, but also in the form of rentable or shared work and leisure spaces outside the home.
The Covid 19 pandemic has shown that families quickly find themselves in spatial and psychological distress when home schooling and home working meet affordable housing in tightly tailored apartments. In our project, each person does not have to fend for him/herself; the joint organization in GENOSS INNEN SCHAFFT! enables the procurement, operation and distribution of additional space and resources for individual residents*.
This was also the case in the early days of the cooperative system and is the core idea of cooperative management.
Genossenschaftliches Wirtschaften und Teilen beruht ursprünglich auf der Idee der über die Geldwirtschaft hinausgehenden wechselseitigen Hilfe und Unterstützung. Unser Ziel ist es, die unternehmende Eigeninitiative und das zivile Engagement unter den Bewohner*innen und Mitgliedern der GENOSS INNEN SCHAFFT! zu wecken.
Immer mehr Berufstätige müssen die Netze der Fremdbeschäftigung verlassen und selbst unternehmerisch tätig werden. Immer mehr Mehrfachtätigen (Beruf und Care-Arbeit) geht die „Luft“ für ein stressfreies Leben aus. Für sie soll das Projekt Raum und Infrastrukturen bieten, in der privaten Wohnung selbst, aber auch in Form von zumietbaren oder geteilten Arbeits- und Freizeiträumen außerhalb der eigenen Wohnung.
Die Covid 19 Pandemie hat gezeigt, dass Familien schnell in räumlichen und psychischen Notstand kommen, wenn Home Schooling und Home Working auf leistbares Wohnen in knapp zugeschnittenen Wohnungen trifft. In unserem Projekt muss nicht jede/r für sich alleine sorgen, die gemeinsame Organisation in der GENOSS INNEN SCHAFFT! ermöglicht Beschaffung, Betrieb und Verteilung zusätzlicher Raum- und Ressourcenangebote für die einzelnen Bewohner*innen.
Das war auch in den Anfängen des Genossenschafts¬wesens so und macht die Kernidee genossenschaftlichen Wirtschaftens aus.
